Purchase Your Week

Purchase a vacation ownership interval within your preferred seasonal group and unit size.

Ownership opportunities are available in:

  • Mainland Units

  • Studio Units

  • One-Bedroom Units

  • Two-Bedroom Units

Your purchase price varies based on the season and unit type selected.

Once purchased, you'll receive a recorded deed representing your ownership interest at Islander Beach Resort.

Understand Your Deeded Ownership

Your deed will reference a specific unit and week number for ownership and deed recording purposes.

However, Islander Beach Resort operates through a floating reservation system within your purchased seasonal group and unit size.

This means you're not locked into the exact calendar week shown on your deed. Instead, you'll submit reservation requests each year for your preferred vacation dates within your season.

Ownership may be:

  • Used by you

  • Shared with family

  • Loaned to friends

  • Rented to others

  • Sold in the future

Reserve Your Vacation Week

For your initial year of ownership, you will receive a list of available reservation weeks within your purchased seasonal group and unit size and may select from available inventory.

Each future year, owners receive a Reservation Request Form by mail or email for the following year's vacation season.

For example:

  • Reservation forms for 2028 occupancy are sent at the beginning of 2027.

  • Owners submit their preferred vacation dates.

  • The Islander reservation team begins processing requests on March 1.

To provide fair access to popular vacation periods, each ownership interval is assigned either an "A" or "B" Priority Code. Priority access alternates annually, helping ensure all owners have opportunities to reserve highly requested weeks over time.

Pay Annual Assessment Fees

Owners pay an annual assessment fee, currently $950 per ownership interval.

These fees support:

  • Resort maintenance

  • Beach access

  • Pool and hot tub operations

  • Common areas

  • Landscaping

  • Activities and events

  • Ongoing improvements and renovations

While fees may increase periodically, they have historically remained reasonable. For perspective, annual fees were approximately $450 more than 25 years ago.
